09/17 … Heading North to Jasper!
Driving East from Seton XandBoomer wound through the rugged mountains along Hwy 5 and then 16 until the road gave way to the trail leading toward Kinney Lake and Berg Falls.
The allure of the Robson River rushing beside us, its arctic ice water tumbling over mossy boulders was undeniably beautiful. Soon the dense forest opened up, and there was Kinney Lake—calm and glassy, reflecting the jagged peaks of Mt Robson like a perfect mirror. We lingered there and enjoyed an apple and soaked our tired toes. Step after step, it was one of those rare hikes where every turn left us speechless at how beautiful the world can be. I wish everyone could see this magnificent spot! We ended the night on a perch boondocking with a beautiful view of Mt Robson and a jovial group of French speaking Canadians! You never know who you're gonna run into! Happy Travels!

Trying to take a selfie lying on a picinc table as we gazed at the stars. Jason just dumped the wine on the ground and the bottle broke. It made me laugh like crazy.
